2024 APPROVED AMBULANCE RATES
The new 2025 Ambulance Rates reflect an increase based upon the Center for Medicare Services annual AIF or the Ambulance Inflation factor. New rates for HCVAS were approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors on November 14, 2024 with a unanimous vote. SERVICES
Happy Camp Volunteer Ambulance Service
is a volunteer service that operates 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We provide emergency services through the 911 system.
We employ two office staff to handle the billing
as well as being available for first out incidents.
We respond to calls along the Klamath River on Hwy. 96
from Horse Creek to the Humboldt county line.
Our ambulance personnel are National Registry Certified
and/or California state certified
Paramedic,
Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMT)
and Basic Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-B).
